Conclusion

When I was born in 1960, the world population was 3 billion. In 1998, the world population doubled to 6 billion. Four years ago, we reached 8 billion. Thirteen years from now, we are expected to hit 9 billion. So, in my lifetime the world population will triple.

Up until a few years ago, I would place my order at McDonalds through a cashier. Now, I place my order through a kiosk. I invented an information technology called Appaserver. It is capable to replace middle management.

An axiom says: the only things guaranteed are death and taxes. The axiom now needs to include: the humans are coming and the technologies are coming. Our Sacramento County government, as an organization, needs to learn about these revolutionary changes. The organization needs to build a culture of education.
