Conclusion

When I was born in 1960, the world population was 3 billion. In 1998, the world population doubled to 6 billion. Four years ago, we reached 8 billion. Thirteen years from now, we are expected to hit 9 billion. So, in my lifetime the world population will triple.

Up until a few years ago, I would place my order at McDonalds through a cashier. Now, I place my order through a kiosk. I programmed an information technology called Appaserver. It is capable to replace middle management.

In 1788, Benjamin Franklin said, "In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes." The quote now needs to include: the humans are coming and the technologies are coming. Our Sacramento County government, as an organization, needs to learn about these revolutionary changes. The organization needs to build a culture of education.
