The location for Sacramento Dorms should be the site of our old courthouse. The Schaber Courthouse is currently for sale for $13.6 million. Instead, it should be taken off the market and earmarked for Sacramento Dorms.

I don't yet know where the bigger jail should be located.

The location for Sacramento Community College should be the site of the current jail.
