Tim Riley, owner, has been programming professionally since 1987, and since then
he has developed the following applications:
- Accounting
- Association membership
- Biology
- Customer service (CRM)
- Database marketing
- Fulfillment
- Hydrology
- Order Entry and Billing
- Securities
Tim was graduated with high honors in Computer Science
by
Florida International University in 1996.
At FIU, he received the 1993 Academic Achievement Award in Computer Science. Currently,
Tim is enrolled in the College of Business Administration at California State University,
Sacramento and is pursuing a 2nd bachelors degree in Accountancy.
Professionally, Tim is credited with co-authoring the 1-800-TACOBELL customer service
application (CRM).
He then modeled Taco Bell's application to produce the customer service
applications for Boston Market, Churches Chicken, and 1-800-POPEYES.
Most recently, he authored
DataForEVER, the information system used by the
Biology and Hydrology branches of the Everglades National Park.
